“Sam showed interest in painting the external of my house so we arranged for a free quotation. The Quotation was far so I told him about the other jobs I posted on my builder and ended up giving Sam all the other jobs.
These are the jobs which were completed, paint the house externally, Patio – slabs and screed, Install Garden gate plus they fixed other things along the way which were not included in the price for free.
The job was done quickly and professionally, they turned up 8am everyday kept the place nice and tidy.
I highly recommend them and will defiantly be hiring them again.p.s they’ve already started work on my family’s house.”

“I choose Sam based on the feedback for taking all the wallpaper, plastering the walls, moving radiators and full paint of 3 rooms and landing. Sam came round on a Sunday at short notice to look at the work. Explained all the work that he will carry out and gave a competitive price for all the work, I also requested for the work to be done as quickly as possible as I was up against a deadline. Understood my position and started work immediately the next day (bank holiday). Very polite and looked after the flat throughout the time work was getting done, what I liked about Sam was he his pay as you go payment system. Agreed the payment dates in advance and all went smoothly afterwards. I tweaked the plan mid work and he accomodated it with a smile. Suggested and helped with getting the radiator pipe diverted. Sam and his team are top class, all of them are professionals and worked till late at night 7 days a week. He even help me organise rubbish clearance. I recommend Sam and his team based on no work too much and no job too big attitude. Man with a smile and take pride in his work and quality. Even agreed to come back at a later date and touch up on the paint if I damaged it when moving in with furniture. A friendly builder, hard to find these days.”

“Sam has been great. He was friendly, polite and kept me involved on the different stages of the job. After the job was completed and final payment was made I had called Sam regarding bits of the wall that I wasn't quite happy with, he came back and amended it until I was satisfied. Even though the job took longer than anticipated Sam threw in a complementary paint job for the inconvenience and filled in a patch of wall in my bathroom that was damaged from damp. He has now made my wall stronger and safer and I would keep Sam's Builders as an option for any future jobs.”
